Dr. Susana Navarro founded Navarro Research and Engineering, Inc. (Navarro) in 1993 and serves as President and CEO. She earned a Master’s and Ph.D. in Nuclear Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and has over 30 years of experience in the nuclear and safety fields. Dr. Navarro has a strong commitment to ensure that Navarro provides exceptional performance with a focus on providing safe, high-quality, efficient, and customer-focused services. Under her leadership, Navarro quickly grew from a two-person, single contract business to one of the most reputable government contractors and environmental service providers to the Department of Energy, National Nuclear Security Administration, Department of Defense, and National Aeronautics and Space Administration. The Navarro legacy continues to grow year-after-year due to our strong client relations, quality work, safety leadership, and exceptional personnel.
