Mr. Gross the Vice President of Gross Electric, Inc. in Queensbury, NY, the Capital Region’s largest electrical contracting firm, a company founded by his father.  Kyle has served as intern, project engineer, and spent two years working on the $3 billion Micron Technology factory in Manassas, Virginia where roughly 75% of all of the electrical equipment installed at Micron was prefabricated and assembled in Queensbury and shipped to Virginia for installation, reducing the amount of on-site electrical construction time by one-third. Gross Electric’s prefabrication and manufacturing work includes large construction projects including electrical work at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals' packaging facility in East Greenbush, Wolfspeed's semiconductor plant near Utica and Micron's Virginia project in addition to several jobs at the GlobalFoundries chip complex in Malta.

Mr. Gross was named the Business Review’s 40 Under 40 Award winner in March 2024
