Justin has over 30 years of experience as an investor and operating executive in the information technology industry. He is currently Managing Partner of Pamplona TMT, a $1 billion private equity fund that is one of a family of funds managed by London-headquartered Pamplona Capital Management. Justin previously spent over 15 years as a General Partner at Commonwealth Capital Ventures, a Boston-based venture capital firm, where he helped to raise and invest over $500 million of limited partners’ capital provided by university endowments, pension funds, and other leading institutional investors. 

Earlier in his career, Justin served as COO and later CEO of Object Design Inc., an enterprise software company. While there he worked with the management team to orchestrate a successful turn-around and subsequent initial public offering on NASDAQ. Prior to that he worked in the private capital group of Harvard Management Company, helping to invest the Harvard University endowment, and before that as a management consultant at McKinsey & Co. 

Justin currently lives in Milton, Massachusetts and Naples, Florida. He enjoys spending time with his two sons; and also enjoys golf, cycling, and travel.
