Diana Maichin is currently Founder and Managing Partner of DMEM & Co, helping entrepreneurs elevate their companies through experienced business creation, operation, and advisory. She has 20+ years’ experience as an entrepreneurial financier and operator with domain knowledge in biotech, diagnostics, health-tech, and fintech. Three of the five companies exited via M&A or tuck-in; two have raised subsequent rounds of financing.

Earlier in her career, Diana gained P&L management experience of $100M+ and was Codexis’ first direct report to the CFO imminently after its IPO. Diana also has familiarity with the factory floor, both at Genentech and Rohm and Haas (now Dow Chemical Company), where she was a chemical engineer.
Diana resides in Alicante, Spain, where she relocated in 2023 from San Francisco, CA. She is a black-diamond snowboarder and loves traveling to taste the coffee, wine, and cheese of the world with her life explorer, Julian.
