Ms. Costello is CEO and Co-Founder of Vyv (formerly Vital Vio), founded as a health tech company in 2013. Vyv has pioneered a new approach to continuously clean surfaces practically anywhere - from an overhead light to inside a consumer product or an industrial process. Vyv is a new class of clean light technology that harnesses the antimicrobial power with the the visible light spectrum to stop growth and kill bacteria, fungi, yeast, mold, and mildew.

Prior to co-founding Vyv, Ms. Costello’s career spanned clinical research, engineering, biochemistry, and product development. She has held positions in biochemistry research at Mount Sinai School of Medicine and Weill Cornell Medical College, in surgical device design and pre-clinical studies at Covidien Surgical Devices, and in tissue engineering research at RPI. She has been named in Goldman Sachs 100 Most Intriguing EntrepreneursForbes Magazine 30 Under 30Inc.
