As part of the NRB activities, Engineering Ambassadors hosted ‘honor the code’ event in the Ansell Lounge for engineers in the class of 2020.
This fall we welcomed the largest class in Rensselaer’s history – class of 2020! This new class and the returning students have energized the campus. The freshman class is impressive and diverse – it includes students from 47 US states and many countries around the globe. There are outstanding athletes, musicians, and entrepreneurs in this class. As I walk the campus, and meet new students and get to know them, I find them ambitious, hard-working, idealistic, and passionate about changing the world, interested in solving the big problems facing the globe. Naturally, I am truly optimistic about the future!
