John Fusek is a Managing Director and co-founder of Global Credit Advisers, a New York-based investment advisory firm.  John leads the firm's effort in investing in European securities.  He has spent more than 35 years focused on financial services both as an adviser and as an investor.  John worked at Goldman, Sachs & Co. from 1986 to 2004 where he oversaw Goldman’s European Credit Research Group with responsibility for high yield, investment grade, and distressed research as well as credit strategy.  Over his career, Mr. Fusek has earned numerous awards as a top-ranked analyst from both Institutional Investor and Euromoney.  

Prior to his career on Wall Street, John developed communication systems for NASA's space shuttle program. 

John lives in New Canaan, CT and enjoys skiing, cycling and tennis.  He is active in the preservation of open space and is a current board member of the New Canaan Conservation Commission and is a previous board member of the New Canaan Land Trust.
