Doug is currently President of Fuller Road and Fort Schuyler Management Corporations, which will become NY CREATES (New York Center for Research, Economic Advancement, Technology, Engineering and Science). NY CREATES will serve as a resource for public-private-academic partnerships within New York State to create and lead industry connected research, development and commercialization projects that attract investment and grows high-tech jobs.

Doug was CEO of GlobalFoundries from 2009-2011 which was created from Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) and a merger of Chartered Semiconductors. Doug was Senior Vice President at AMD before GlobalFoundries, and built several careers as a technologist and general manager at IBM Corporation and COO of Hitachi Global Storage Technologies over 25 years.

Doug serves as Vice Chairman and Member of ASML Supervisory Board and Co-Chairman of SBA Materials.

Doug lives in Ridgefield, CT and Tupper Lake, NY with his family and enjoys playing with old cars and exploring wine.
